Job Description:

We are seeking a Risk Reporting Supervisor in Belle Vernon, PA to oversee the daily reporting and analysis of transactions for our front office teams. This role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining risk positions, trading data, and derivative compliance. The Supervisor will also be responsible for managing daily gross profit estimates and collaborating with accounting and front office functions to ensure accurate forecasting and monthly reporting. By bringing a systematic and disciplined approach, the Supervisor will play a key role in helping the organization achieve its operational and financial objectives by enhancing risk management, control, and earnings analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Assess, compute, and distribute daily risk reporting packages, including risk exposure and MtM reporting.

- Link risk reporting data to financial gross profit estimates.

- Provide oversight of the operational team, facilitating process improvements for timely and accurate recording of daily transactional activity.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to fulfill analysis requests.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in a risk management role, with the ability to assess, capture, and communicate risk data effectively.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect operational transactions with financial accounting records.

- Knowledge of the fuels industry is preferred.

- Professional Risk Management (PRM) certification is preferred.

- Strong understanding of risk management assessment and control evaluation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment.
