Our prestigious Fortune 200 client is currently in need of a highly skilled Manufacturing Site Director to provide strategic leadership for their state-of-the-art dairy production facility located near Sheboygan, WI in Eastern Wisconsin. As the Manufacturing Site Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant's operations, including safety, quality, sanitation, cost management, customer service, cheesemaking, milk receiving, and employee development.

This position requires continuous improvement in all areas to achieve business targets and drive the growth of the Dairy Foods division. The facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and manufactures a variety of cheese products as well as sweet whey powder.

Experience-Education (Required):

• You must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience, which includes proven leadership skills in managing managers and a consistent track record of delivering sustainable results.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
• You should have demonstrated success in working within union environments, including experience in contract negotiations and employee/labor relations.
• Prior experience in dairy operations, specifically in milk receiving and cheese making processes, is essential. Experience with aged cheddar cheese is preferred.
• You must be able to develop and coach teamwork and collaboration within the entire site to enhance the plant's culture and drive business success.
• A proven track record in manufacturing transformation and change management is required to achieve cost savings and improve the overall plant culture.
• Knowledge of financial and budgetary management is also crucial for this role.
