We are seeking an exceptional and innovative Marketing Director to join our client in Columbia, SC. This role is responsible for formulating and executing brand strategies and advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will develop the company's marketing plan, coordinate marketing efforts, and play a crucial role in driving the company's growth. The Marketing Director will report directly to the President and will oversee one direct report. This is a full-time, on-site position.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
· Develop strategies and tactics to enhance our company's visibility and support our development staff
· Design and execute effective marketing campaigns across social media platforms, online advertising, and other channels to increase brand awareness
· Manage and coordinate the RFQ, RFP processes, and AIA qualification forms
· Create compelling content for our website, social media platforms, print ads, and press releases
· Develop innovative public relations ideas to enhance our company's image and reputation
· Coordinate tradeshows, including managing displays, promotional materials, and staffing the booth
· Ensure the proper placement of signage for job sites, company events, and promotional activities
· Actively acquire and update client owner reference letters for our projects
· Create engaging content for our bi-yearly company meetings
· Consistently update and enhance presentation materials
· Maintain and expand our client and potential client database
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly WORD and Excel
- Extensive experience and expertise in social media platforms such as Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Skilled in using Adobe Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop
- Accurate and efficient data entry abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with senior management, preconstruction teams, office staff, vendors, and collaborators
- Proactive and willing to contribute in various areas as needed
- Reliable and punctual, with a focus on task completion and professionalism
- Background in construction, engineering, or related field preferred
