Marketing Specialist
We are currently looking for dynamic, focused, and innovative individuals to join our Sales and Marketing Team in the role of Marketing Coordinator. This is a full-time exempt position based in Pittsburgh, PA, with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager and Coordinator in developing and executing the North American marketing plan, which includes creating marketing materials, organizing trade shows, and supporting sales strategies.
- Participate in relevant trade shows and events.
- Create, oversee, and manage marketing collateral.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis and identify marketing opportunities and channels that effectively promote the company.
- Participate in joint strategy meetings with both local and international teams.
- Work with the international marketing team to maintain the company's web shop.
- Manage brand asset management in coordination with the international team.
- Analyze and follow-up on trade show attendee data, including customer analysis and classification, delegation of follow-up tasks, and customer contact.
- Provide logistical support for trade shows, including booth setup, tear down, and organization.
- Collaborate with production, vendors, and transport organizations to design and create trade show booths.
- Create engaging customer-focused marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Maintain a social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and Iconosquare.
- Craft email correspondence to support customer engagement and follow-up.
- Create, schedule, and post email banners.
- Design and implement customer surveys.
- Maintain memberships in professional organizations and identify sponsorship opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and customers to develop case studies and white papers.
- Hold semi-annual analysis meetings with the sales team.
- Assist with the annual marketing budget and monitor expenses.
- Contribute to strategic planning with senior leadership.
- Coordinate all marketing activities to support the sales team.
- Promote interdepartmental cooperation and foster strong relationships with staff and customers.
- Exhibit a hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial mindset, and high energy.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market analysis by gathering product information from various sources, including markets, customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities to develop competitor intelligence.
Marketing:
- Support the development and implementation of annual marketing priorities and activities.
- Provide leadership and support to the marketing team.
- Collaborate regularly with international colleagues.
- Participate in trade shows and events with colleagues.
- Manage marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and catalogs.
- Contribute to the construction, implementation, and maintenance of the online web shop.
- Maintain social media content and profiles.
Internal and External Training:
- Participate in internal product training sessions.
- Create training modules for new employees.
- Attend external product training and seminars.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Prior experience in marketing and market analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate group activities and achieve goals.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in progressively responsible marketing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Pharmacy Technician with hospital and marketing experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in international business.
