This position has no travel requirements. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Installation and repair of wiring, fixtures, and control equipment
- Measurement, cutting, bending, threading, assembly, and installation of conduit
- Working with 120/240 single phase, 120/240V three phase, and 277/480V three phase systems
- Wire splicing and/or termination as needed
- Connection of power to equipment
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Completion of two or more years of electrician training or relevant experience
- Holds a valid State of Wisconsin Master Electrician or Journeyman license
- Demonstrates willingness to work overtime if required
- Experience in measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembly, and installation of conduit
- Proficiency in working with 120/240 single phase, 120/240V three phase, and 277/480V three phase systems
- Good understanding of the National Electrical Code
- Stable work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment
- Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
- Residing within a 45-minute commute of the Fitchburg area
