- Collaborating with customers and sales personnel to understand customer requirements
- Preparing automation proposals and cost estimates
- Developing 2D or 3D designs
- Revising proposals based on customer feedback
- Occasional travel to customer sites may be required

- A minimum of eight years of mechanical engineering experience with custom products
- At least three years of experience in industrial automation
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- A strong understanding of mechanical theory
- A track record of solid work history and professional achievements

- Residence within a 45-minute drive of the Pewaukee area
