This position is created due to the increasing demand for the company's products. The successful candidate may have the opportunity to progress into a leadership role within the organization. Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing a team of staff for 30% of the time
- Designing industrial heat transfer systems using 2D AutoCAD for nearly 70% of the time
- Occasionally designing industrial heat transfer systems in 3D AutoCAD to fulfill specific customer requests
- Generating a variety of engineering drawings
- Working closely with all company products
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of eight years of professional experience in 2D AutoCAD
- A minimum of eight years of mechanical design experience
- A minimum of eight years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- An engineering degree
- A proven work history
- Must be a United States citizen or green card holder
- Residence located within a 45-minute drive of the Richfield, Wisconsin area
Preferred qualifications, though not required, include one or more of the following:
- Experience with Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams
- Background in boiler design
- Experience in combustion power systems
- Knowledge of heat transfer principles
