We are currently seeking a full-time Mechanical Project Manager at our growing company specializing in custom structural, system, and metal components. Our diverse customer base includes biotechnology, food, and pharmaceutical companies. Candidates with the right aptitude and drive will have the opportunity to advance into project management roles. This position has become available due to increased demand for our products, resulting in continued company growth. The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

  • Efficiently managing projects, ensuring timely completion within allocated budget
  • Developing schedules and budgets for various custom engineering projects
  • Leading the creation, engineering, fabrication, and testing of custom engineering projects
  • Reviewing detailed 3D SolidWorks drawings for custom engineering projects
  • Collaborating with a wide range of vendors and customers
  • Working closely with engineering and production teams
  • Supporting and coordinating with project engineers
  • Maintaining the Production Ready Library
  • Creating Engineering Change Notices
  • Generating accurate bills of materials
  • Coordinating project integrations
  • Overseeing field installations

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience as a Project Engineering Manager or Project Engineer
  • Prior experience in engineering design for at least two years
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, or three years of engineering experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a minimum of two years of experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated consistency and reliability in previous work history
  • Must be a US citizen or possess a Green Card
  • Reside within a 45-minute commute from our location
