What they’re seeking:
• Possession of an active license as a Certified Medical Assistant in the State of Washington (National certifications must still be recognized by the WA State Department of Health)
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems; experience with Epic preferred
• Current Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR certification
Hours and compensation potential:
• These are full-time positions. Five openings are available from 7:45am to 5:15pm, and one position requires availability from Sunday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm.
• Compensation ranges from $20.50 per hour to $34.00 per hour, based on experience. Shift differentials include $2.10 per hour for evenings, $3.00 per hour for nights, and $2.25 per hour for weekends.
• The benefits package is comprehensive and includes up to $5,000 in relocation assistance as well as a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• In the capacity of a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you will support healthcare providers and other members of the clinic's healthcare team by executing various administrative and patient-centered duties. These tasks contribute to the efficient flow of patients within the department.
• Within the parameters of your Washington State certification, you will perform a range of patient care procedures such as administering injections, conducting EKGs, performing ear lavage and blood draws, measuring vital signs, managing room assignments and patient flow, preparing patients for their visits, providing assistance during appointments, attending to post-visit duties, and notifying providers of any schedule changes that impact patient flow.

• This position reports to the Director and offers the opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional team. Available work settings include Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Care Today, and floating between different settings.
