Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Medical Assistant-Certified license in the State of Washington (National certifications must still be credentialed through the WA State Department of Health)
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems, preference given to candidates with Epic experience
- Current Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR certification
Hours and Compensation:
- Full-time positions available, with varying shifts ranging from 7:45am-5:15pm and one Sun-Sat 8am-7pm
- Hourly pay rate ranges from $20.50 to $34.00 based on experience, with shift differentials of $2.10/hr for evenings, $3/hr for nights, and $2.25/hr for weekends
- Comprehensive benefits package offered, including relocation assistance up to $5K and sign-on bonus up to $5K
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently support healthcare providers and clinic staff by performing various back-office and patient-related tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the department
- Provide patient care procedures within the defined scope of practice under Washington State certification, including injections, EKG's, ear lavage, and blood draws
- Measure vital signs, manage patient flow, assist with pre-visit preparation, and communicate schedule changes to providers
