What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license in the State of Washington
    (Note: National certifications must also be credentialed through the WA State Department of Health)

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant

  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems (Epic preferred)

  • Current Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR certification


Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time positions available

    • Five openings: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM

    • One opening: Sunday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (rotating schedule)

  • Hourly Pay Range: $19.75 – $33.00 (based on experience)

  • Shift Differentials:

    • Evenings: +$2.10/hr

    • Nights: +$3.00/hr

    • Weekends: +$2.25/hr

  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C), you’ll play a vital role in supporting providers and the clinic care team. You’ll ensure efficient patient flow by managing both clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:

  • Rooming patients and preparing for visits

  • Measuring and recording vital signs

  • Performing procedures such as injections, EKGs, blood draws, and ear lavage

  • Assisting during patient visits and handling post-visit follow-ups

  • Monitoring schedules and informing providers of any changes impacting patient flow

Your care will reflect the high standards of the organization and contribute directly to a positive patient experience.

  • Openings available in Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Care Today, and Float positions (working across different departments)
