What we are seeking:
•Valid license as a Certified Medical Assistant in the State of Washington (National certifications must still be credentialed through the WA State Department of Health)
•Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems, with a preference for experience in Epic
•Current Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR certification
Hours and compensation:
•Full-time positions available. Five openings have a schedule of 7:45am-5:15pm, and one position requires flexibility with a Sun-Sat shift from 8am-7pm.
•Hourly pay ranges from $20.50 to $34.00, depending on experience. Shift differentials of $2.10 for evenings, $3.00 for nights, and $2.25 for weekends apply.
•Comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance of up to $5,000 and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.
Responsibilities:
•As a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C), you will support healthcare providers and collaborate with other members of the clinic's healthcare team by efficiently performing various back-office and patient-related tasks to ensure a seamless workflow within the department.
Your role will involve providing a range of patient care procedures within the scope of practice defined by the facility under Washington State certification. These may include, but are not limited to, administering injections, conducting EKG's, performing ear lavage and blood draws, measuring vital signs, managing patient rooming and flow, assisting during patient visits, handling post-visit duties, and promptly notifying providers of schedule changes that may impact patient flow.

•Reports to the Director. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team. Positions are available in Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Care Today, and the option to float between different settings.
•The organization has recently initiated the construction of a new hospital, scheduled to be completed in two years. This presents an exciting opportunity for growth and development in a new facility.
