What we are seeking:
•Active certification as a Medical Assistant-Certified in the state of Washington (National certifications must also be endorsed by the WA State Department of Health)
•Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems, with preference given to those experienced in Epic
•Current Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR certification
Hours and compensation:
•Full-time positions available. Five openings require availability from 7:45am to 5:15pm, and one opening is for Sunday through Saturday, 8am to 7pm.
•Compensation ranges from $19.73 to $33.00 per hour, depending on experience. Shift differentials of $2.10 per hour for evenings, $3 per hour for nights, and $2.25 per hour for weekends are applicable.
•Comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance of up to $5,000 and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.
•As a Clinical Support Associate, you will collaborate with healthcare providers and other members of the clinic's healthcare team, assisting in various administrative and patient-oriented tasks to ensure efficient patient workflow within the department.
•Your role will encompass performing a range of patient care procedures within the parameters set by Washington State certification, which may include administering injections, conducting EKGs, performing ear lavages and blood draws, measuring vital signs, managing patient rooming and flow, preparing for patient visits, assisting during examinations, and fulfilling post-visit duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating schedule changes that affect patient flow to the provider.

•This position reports to the Director, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional team. The available positions cover various specialties, such as Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Care Today, and floating across different settings.
