Location: Syracuse, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Occasional Saturdays and overtime

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00/hour, based on experience

We are currently hiring a Medical Radiology Technologist to join a reputable outpatient radiology clinic in Syracuse, NY. What You’ll Do:

• Perform general radiographic exams, DEXA scans, and C-arm imaging for outpatient and OR procedures

• Accurately follow physician imaging orders and ensure proper patient positioning and safety

• Maintain high standards of patient care, minimizing radiation exposure in line with ALARA principles

• Support sterile technique in surgical settings and assist surgeons with intraoperative imaging

• Evaluate image quality and ensure clarity for diagnostic purposes

• Use PACS, RIS, and EMS systems for image processing, workflow, and documentation

• Conduct regular equipment quality assurance and coordinate maintenance

• Keep work areas clean and fully stocked, contributing to an efficient and organized clinic

• Adhere to SUNY, NYS DOH, and DNV protocols and safety regulations

• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, nurses, and other team members to deliver quality outcomes

What You Bring:

Required:

• Associate’s degree in Medical Radiography

• Current ARRT certification

• NYS Radiologic Technologist license

• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)

Preferred:

• At least 2 years of experience in radiologic technology

• Previous experience in an outpatient or surgical imaging setting
