Location: Syracuse, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Occasional Saturdays and overtime
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00/hour, based on experience

We are currently hiring a Medical Radiology Technologist to join a reputable outpatient radiology clinic in Syracuse, NY. What You’ll Do:

Perform general radiographic exams, DEXA scans, and C-arm imaging for outpatient and OR procedures

Accurately follow physician imaging orders and ensure proper patient positioning and safety
-
Maintain high standards of patient care, minimizing radiation exposure in line with ALARA principles

Support sterile technique in surgical settings and assist surgeons with intraoperative imaging
-
Evaluate image quality and ensure clarity for diagnostic purposes

Use PACS, RIS, and EMS systems for image processing, workflow, and documentation

Conduct regular equipment quality assurance and coordinate maintenance
-
Keep work areas clean and fully stocked, contributing to an efficient and organized clinic

Adhere to SUNY, NYS DOH, and DNV protocols and safety regulations
-
Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, nurses, and other team members to deliver quality outcomes
What You Bring:
Required:
-
Associate’s degree in Medical Radiography
-
Current ARRT certification
-
NYS Radiologic Technologist license
-
BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
Preferred:
-
At least 2 years of experience in radiologic technology
-
Previous experience in an outpatient or surgical imaging setting
