Requirements:

Completion of an accredited Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician program is essential.

Must have MLT/MT or CLT/CLS certification from ASCP.

Working Hours and Compensation:

- This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including 8-12 hour shifts, rotating shifts, and weekends.

- Salary range is between $29 - $44 per hour, with a shift differential of $2 per hour.

Responsibilities:

The Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for providing accurate clinical laboratory results to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and monitor therapeutic plans that meet patient needs.

By doing so, the Laboratory Department contributes to the overall objectives of the medical center, promoting the health and well-being of our patients.
