MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST (Hotline Support)
Seeking a MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST (medical laboratory instruments) position located in Whippany, NJ, to provide telephone support on clinical lab equipment for a leading manufacturer of clinical laboratory instrumentation. The role involves resolving instrument and reagent related problems for end users and sales/service personnel. Candidates must have a BS in Medical Technology, ASCP Certification, a minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical technologist with some troubleshooting experience, and good coagulation knowledge. Working hours are from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM (Eastern) on weekdays. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents with excellent communication skills. Only candidates residing in the local NJ/NYC area will be considered. This is an exciting opportunity to work outside of the laboratory and join a company that is at the forefront of developing medical laboratory instrumentation. The position offers a base salary ranging from $55K to $75K annually (depending on experience), annual bonus, and fully paid medical benefits for the employee and their family
