Open Position: Member Engagement Coordinator
Location: Topeka, KS
Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to support insurance programs and enhance member services.

Work closely with the Director of Administrative Operations and President/CEO to ensure smooth program operations and build strong member relationships.

Manage scheduling, develop content, and facilitate communication for various programs.

Coordinate and organize meetings, webinars, and initiatives to engage members effectively.

Keep the website up to date, generate reports, and track benchmarking data for analysis.

Conduct member visits, orientations, and satisfaction surveys to gather valuable insights.

Supervise the Safety Program and contribute to marketing and enrollment efforts.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is a requirement for this position.

Kansas Insurance License (Property & Casualty + Life & Health) is mandatory.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, and online meeting platforms is required.
-
Must be willing and able to travel 30-40% as needed for the role.
