Member Relations

Open Position: Member Engagement Coordinator Location: Topeka, KS

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to support insurance programs and enhance member services.
  • Work closely with the Director of Administrative Operations and President/CEO to ensure smooth program operations and build strong member relationships.
  • Manage scheduling, develop content, and facilitate communication for various programs.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, webinars, and initiatives to engage members effectively.
  • Keep the website up to date, generate reports, and track benchmarking data for analysis.
  • Conduct member visits, orientations, and satisfaction surveys to gather valuable insights.
  • Supervise the Safety Program and contribute to marketing and enrollment efforts.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is a requirement for this position.
  • Kansas Insurance License (Property & Casualty + Life & Health) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, and online meeting platforms is required.
  • Must be willing and able to travel 30-40% as needed for the role.
