A highly regarded law firm in the Southeast is currently seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join their Property Rights Law Practice in their Charleston office.

This position offers an exciting chance for a motivated attorney to work on challenging property rights litigation cases in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Graduated from a top-tier law school with excellent academic achievements.
  • Active bar admission in South Carolina.
  • 3-5 years of experience in property rights law or related fields.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting legal research and handling negotiations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal matters.
  • Interest or experience in areas such as land use regulations, real estate development, property transactions, and real estate litigation.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in various property rights cases, including disputes and negotiations.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on property rights matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for hearings and trials.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop strategies and advocate for clients' interests.
  • Offer exceptional legal counsel and support to clients involved in property rights litigation.
