Job Description

• Position: Intermediate Employment Litigation Attorney
• Location: Sacramento, CA (hybrid role)
• Primary Focus: Handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
• Prepare and present arguments for motions
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation
• Excellent academic credentials, writing skills, and analytical abilities
• Admitted to practice law in California
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Early exposure to significant responsibilities and client interactions
• Mentorship and training provided by highly respected attorneys
• Potential for partnership advancement within 2 years
• Competitive salary range: $170,000 – $200,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
