Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• You must possess a Juris Doctor from a prominent law school with an impressive academic background.

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction, or ability to sit for/waive into the upcoming bar examination.

• Substantial litigation experience of 3–5 years.

• Excellent familiarity with copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.

• Outstanding skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.

• Capability to handle intricate cases, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and effectively communicate with clients.

Main Duties:

• Represent clients in significant matters involving copyright, trademark, trade secret, and commercial litigation.

• Manage all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda with strategic acumen.

• Work closely alongside experienced attorneys on case strategy, trial preparation, and client counseling.

• Appear in federal and state courts, as well as before regulatory agencies.
