What they’re seeking:
•Demonstrate knowledge and appreciation for the ethical and moral tradition of the Sponsor, the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity.
•Possess a bachelor’s degree in health care administration or ministry.
•Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a management role.
•Possess strong interpersonal skills to facilitate group processes and development.
•Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills for the development, implementation, and assessment of programs and activities.
Hours and compensation:
•This is a full-time position.
•The compensation range is between $30.27 - $41.66 per hour, with a base rate of $35.50 per hour for individuals with 10 years of experience.
•A comprehensive benefits package is included. Candidates who require relocation assistance may be considered.
Responsibilities:
•Promote the integration of the hospital's mission, vision, and values throughout the organization.
•Incorporate the ethical and moral traditions of the Sponsor into various aspects of the organization, such as orientations, committee work, and education sessions.
•Oversee the Community Benefit Program.
•Lead the Mission Champions Committee and coordinate its outreach, recognition, and social activities.
•Coordinate and prepare the annual Mission Integration Report.
•Provide orientation on the organization's mission, vision, and values to new employees, as well as directors, managers, and other staff members upon request.
•Participate actively in the ethics committee and other specialized committees or teams.
•Administer the Providence Fund.
•Collaborate in facilitating the Serving Leader Program for leadership development.
•Contribute to strategic initiatives by leading or being a member of teams and focus groups.
•Represent the hospital within the community through participation in the Catholic Social Services Board.
•Preserve, protect, and share the oral and written history of the facility and its founding organizations by maintaining the Archives and historical display in the hospital, as well as writing articles and serving as a resource for individuals seeking historical information.
