Regional Operations Manager

Location: Youngstown, OH

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at multiple locations in Youngstown, OH, N. Pittsburgh, PA, and Zanesville, OH. As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks including inventory, projects, regulations, maintenance, and more. Additionally, you will lead teams of Operators at each location to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of Dissolved Air Flotation and Screw Press Equipment.
• Continuously monitor system performance and maintain water quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and Federal environmental standards.
• Assist in planning and executing projects such as new installations, expansions, and upgrades.
• Planned travel to facilities as needed.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Regional Operations Manager will be provided with a car allowance, gas reimbursement, and other benefits.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management within the waste removal or preferably water treatment industry.
• BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Business is required.
• Proficiency in SCADA systems or other environmental systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team management.
