We are seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our expanding practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative, family-centered environment and provide high-quality care to the community’s newest and most vulnerable members.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $245,000

• Join a well-established team of 5 experienced Neonatologists delivering care across our region.

• Practice in a 30-bed, Level III NICU — the only NICU in Berks County.

• Support a thriving Obstetrics program with over 3,500 deliveries annually.

• Enjoy a balanced schedule with seven 24-hour in-house shifts per month.

Qualifications:

• Board certified/board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (MD/DO).

• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure.
