Location: Florence, SC
Full-Time | Leadership Role | Night Shift
A leading distribution facility is seeking a dedicated Night Warehouse Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of night shift warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely flow of products through the warehouse, while promoting safety, productivity, and a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all night warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment

Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff, promoting professionalism, accountability, and performance

Coordinate with the Transportation Manager to ensure efficient cross-functional operations

Schedule workloads and oversee accurate and timely truck loading/unloading

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and enforce proper use of equipment, PPE, and safety procedures

Monitor inventory reports and coordinate with inventory teams to maintain stock accuracy and meet customer demand

Manage the return process for obsolete inventory and coordinate product transfers or returns to vendors

Supervise building maintenance and equipment upkeep to ensure operational readiness

Communicate stock shortages and product substitutions to appropriate internal teams

Enforce compliance with standardized operating procedures and company policies

May operate powered material handling equipment as required

Perform other duties as needed to support warehouse and organizational goals
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
4–6 years of warehouse experience, including team lead or supervisory experience
-
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
-
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage teams on night shifts

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, or related field

6–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally within the foodservice distribution industry

OSHA Forklift Operator Certification
-
Strong understanding of inventory management, safety protocols, and workflow optimization
