NURSE MANAGER - SURGICAL SERVICES

Salary: $165,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year

• Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience in surgical services or operating room setting.
• Preferred experience in charge nurse or supervisory role within surgical services or operating room.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred.

REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS

• Registered Nurse with a valid California RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in the operating room within an acute care hospital setting.
• CNOR and/or CPAN certifications.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Valid California Registered Nurse License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years of progressively responsible nursing management experience (such as charge nurse or nursing supervisor) within an acute care hospital's operating room.

Preferred qualification:

• CNOR and/or CPAN certification

IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of leadership experience in the operating room within an acute care hospital setting.
