Responsible for overseeing 24-hour operations in multiple locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and cost-effective patient care services. Develops and upholds clinical standards of care and practice, as well as manages resource budgeting, selection, and development.

• Supervise the operations of 24-hour departments at various locations, ensuring that the nursing staff adheres to local, state, and federal requirements, as well as the standards set by The Joint Commission.
• Establish, implement, and maintain patient care and service standards to meet the expectations of patients and internal clients.
• Design and evaluate processes to improve systems and enhance patient care outcomes across the continuum of care.
• Develop and monitor budgets to optimize the utilization of human and material resources. Identify strategies to reduce costs and enhance the quality of care and services.
• Determine the appropriate staffing levels for the department and implement processes for screening, interviewing, hiring, and training. Ensure ongoing staff development and resolve any human resource, employee, and safety issues.
• Develop, implement, and monitor departmental policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the development of care and practice standards, fiscal management, and quality improvement activities.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or Master's Degree in Nursing obtained through a direct entry MSN program.

• Must have a Registered Nurse License issued by the state of California upon hire
