Requirements:

• A valid and active NP or PA license in the state of Indiana
• A Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies
• Certification by the board in a specialized field
• Exceptional clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in utilizing medical software and technology
