Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of physicians. This role requires someone who is capable of providing excellent clinical care and can work collaboratively with corporate leaders to achieve exceptional quality metrics. Education:
- Your educational background should meet the requirements for licensure and certification in the State of Wisconsin.

- A highly competitive salary range of $115,000 - $135,000
