Requirements:
• Completion of an approved Nursing School program.
• Possession of a valid Washington State RN license and relevant certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, or CEN (depending on the department).
• Preferred minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Working Hours and Compensation:
• Full-time positions consisting of 12-hour shifts, with some variations (details listed below).
• Hourly salary range of $36.64 to $68.37, commensurate with experience.
• Attractive shift differentials for evening shifts ($2.75/hr), night shifts ($4/hr), and weekends ($3.75/hr).
• Comprehensive benefits package offered, including relocation assistance (up to $5,000) and sign-on bonuses (up to $15,000).
Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional and holistic nursing care in accordance with your licensure scope and established standards of practice. Collaborate closely with patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure the provision of optimal patient care and desirable outcomes.
