TITLE: Registered Nurse in a Hospital Setting

• Graduated from an accredited nursing school.
• Holds a current RN license in the state of Washington. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, and CEN are preferred based on the department.
• Preferably has at least one year of nursing experience.
Working hours and compensation:
• Full-time positions with 12-hour shifts for most roles (details below).
• Hourly pay range: $36.64 to $68.37, depending on experience.
• Evening differentials of $2.75/hour, night differentials of $4/hour, and weekend differentials of $3.75/hour.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including up to $5,000 for relocation assistance and up to $15,000 sign-on bonus.
• Deliver professional and comprehensive nursing care within the scope and standards of practice designated by your license. Collaborate closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
Additional information:
• Reports directly to the Director of the assigned department. The nursing team is compassionate and supportive, and they are seeking an individual who shares these qualities.
• Open positions are available in the ICU (day and night shifts), Med/Surg (day and night shifts), Maternity/Birth Unit (day and night shifts), Emergency Department (afternoon and night shifts), Perioperative (day shift), and Surgical Services (day shift).
