Nursing - RN and LPN (Med / Surg and Transitional Care)

📍 Location: Miles City, Montana
💲 LPNs starting at $25.63/hr | RNs starting at $29.75/hr (DOE) + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance
🕒 12-hour shifts | Day & Night Schedules Available

✅ Must-Haves:

• Active RN or LPN license in Montana

• IV Certification preferred (or eligibility for LPNs)

• BLS & ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver care across multiple units including:

  • Med/Surg

  • Transitional Care

  • ICU

  • Emergency Room

  • OB/Nursery

  • Behavioral Health

• Base training starts in Med/Surg and Transitional Care, with options to cross-train into specialty areas

• Provide patient-centered care in both acute care and long-term care (LTC) settings depending on your role

• Rotate between day and night shifts for acute care RNs; fixed shifts available for LTC roles
