Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics - Inpatient)

📍 Centerburg, Ohio (North of Columbus)
💲 $70K–$100K + $20K Sign-On Bonus + Shift Differentials
🕒 Full-Time | Flexible Hours Between 8am–6pm + Weekend Rotation Support

✅ Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license

🌟 Nice to Have:

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Willingness to treat across settings: pediatrics, inpatient (acute & swing), and outpatient adults

• Flexibility to occasionally support Saturday coverage

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement customized care plans to help patients reach their maximum functional potential

• Serve primarily a pediatric caseload, while also cross-training for inpatient and adult outpatient care

• Deliver evidence-based, compassionate therapy across acute, swing-bed, and outpatient settings as needed

• Collaborate with a supportive rehab team and contribute to an integrated patient care experience
