A well-established and successful investment firm in Pittsburgh is seeking an Administrative Supervisor. The role of the Administrative Supervisor is highly visible, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Responsibilities of the Administrative Supervisor include:

  1. Coordinating office activities such as meetings, supplies, and administrative support
  2. Assisting with maintaining accounting ledgers, including accounts payable, billing, coding, and working alongside outsourced companies
  3. Managing data by preparing, scanning, filing, and organizing documents

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in general office management
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
