Oncology Sales Specialist – GYN
Position: Clinical Oncology Specialist - GYN Oncology (COS-GYN)
Location: Preferably based in either Miami or Tampa, Florida
Role Overview: As the Clinical Oncology Specialist - GYN Oncology (COS-GYN), your primary objective will be to drive the growth and success of the GYN Oncology sector. Within your assigned territory, you will engage with key providers such as Gynecologic Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Pathologists, and other relevant professionals across the care continuum.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Territory Management: Devise and execute a strategic plan to exceed sales targets. Oversee all aspects of business performance, including sales activities, customer acquisition, retention, and cross-functional initiatives.

Building Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and accounts. Educate them about our range of products, identify key opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.

Product and Market Knowledge: Acquire in-depth understanding of our products, services, processes, and the competitive landscape. Stay well-informed about payer and reimbursement dynamics.

Driving Sales: Stimulate sales growth by acquiring new patients, enhancing user engagement, and expanding accounts. Collaborate with the Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) and other internal teams to manage renewals, address issues, and monitor financial performance.

KOL Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with our Medical team.

Strategic Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals. Form partnerships with stakeholders to develop care pathways, establish institutional collaborations, and facilitate EMR integrations.

Business Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with national objectives and organizational values to attract and retain clients.

Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies and marketing plans, leverage opportunities for revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in successful Gynecologic Oncology, Medical Oncology, Surgical, Pathology, or Laboratory sales.
- Familiarity with the GYN Oncology/Oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement processes.
- Willingness to travel overnight as necessary.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, financial acumen, and excellent communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Typically based in medical offices or hospital settings.
- Proficiency with computer use, telephone communication, and reading printed materials required.
- May involve working outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Approximately 75% travel required.
