Oncology Sales Specialist – GYN
Position: Gynecologic Oncology Account Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Responsibilities:

Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet and exceed sales targets. Oversee all aspects of business performance including sales activities, customer retention, and cross-functional initiatives.

Building Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with Gynecologic Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Pathologists, and other key healthcare providers. Provide them with information about our products and offer customized solutions.

Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products, services, processes, and the competitive landscape. Stay informed about payer and reimbursement dynamics.

Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers, increasing user engagement, and expanding accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to manage renewals, resolve issues, and ensure financial success.

Engaging Key Opinion Leaders: Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with the Medical team.

Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals. Work with stakeholders to develop care pathways, form institutional collaborations, and integrate with electronic medical records.

Strategic Planning: Create and implement a comprehensive business plan to attract and retain clients, in line with national objectives and organizational values.

Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies and marketing plans, and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in sales related to Gynecologic Oncology, Medical Oncology, Surgical, Pathology, or Laboratory with proven results.
- Familiarity with the Gyn Oncology/Oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement processes.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Position is typically based in medical offices or hospital settings.
- Proficiency with computer use, telephone communication, and reading printed materials is required.
- May require working outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Approximately 75% travel is expected.
