RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement cutting-edge Oracle R12 EBS best practices for financial processes such as OTC, PTP & RTR, driving efficiency and promoting innovation.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of gaps, develop effective solutions, and write detailed functional specifications for various projects.
• Lead the entire system development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surpass customer expectations and maintain compliance with Information Security and SOX regulations.
• Provide expert troubleshooting for software application issues and drive process optimization through automation initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for application updates and enhancements.
• Deliver high-quality presentations to address challenges and propose effective solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 (R12.2.9+) in the financial functional area, including web applications, services, and interfaces. Experience in project management is preferred.
• Recent experience with Oracle EBS Functional work involving configuration, implementation, etc. Familiarity with SaaS solutions that integrate data with Oracle EBS is desirable.
• Proficient in gathering requirements and producing detailed specifications, test strategies, and project plans.
• Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley processes and controls is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Reston, VA, or be willing to relocate to the area upon hiring. (Relocation assistance available within the USA)
• US Citizen/Green Card holder preferred.
