Organizational Development Manager

Position Description:

We are seeking an Organizational Development Manager who will play a vital role in fostering a culture of learning and development across three different locations. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to establish a robust organizational structure and implement sustainable processes that continuously enhance the skills needed to meet evolving business needs. Additionally, this position will focus on developing servant leaders who will drive the future growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an infrastructure and processes to support the following initiatives:
    1. Promote leadership development and succession planning, emphasizing organic internal promotions.
    2. Deliver effective skills training across all business functions.
    3. Establish apprentice and internship programs in key functional areas.
    4. Implement flexible labor strategies.
  • Lead a companywide Talent Management process.
  • Provide expertise in strategy development and execution, as well as planning and facilitating development initiatives within a flat organizational structure.
  • Collaborate with Corporate and Manufacturing teams to identify developmental needs, drive training initiatives, and arrange suitable training solutions for all employees.
  • Devise effective methods to educate, enhance, and recognize employee performance.
  • Consult and advise management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters.
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
  • Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to support the achievement of company goals and objectives.
  • Develop training and development programs based on long and short-term business priorities.
  • Assist in designing and developing HR training programs for management and employees.
  • Evaluate completed training programs to measure results and effectiveness.
  • Manage the company training budget and monitor spending.
  • Demonstrate and promote the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of management and the HR staff.
  • Evaluate training courses, materials, and objectives to ensure accomplishment of desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Leadership Development, or Organizational Training and Development.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in organizational development and training.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading organizational change at a management level.
  • Experience in both corporate and manufacturing human resources is a plus.
