Outreach Specialist

Department: Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE)

The Outreach Specialist plays a vital role within the MOE team, contributing to the continuous growth of the PACE program by enrolling potential participants. As a metrics-driven sales professional, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively to promote and uphold our company's values, culture, and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and initiate various outreach and engagement activities in communities where seniors reside.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment metric goals consistently.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships with community organizations to generate qualified leads, potentially resulting in enrollments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and partners, including senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other community-based organizations.
  • Create and execute a monthly marketing plan in conjunction with the MOE Director to achieve enrollment goals.
  • Inform referral sources in the community about the range of services offered by our company.


  • Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration.
  • Complete DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of employment.
  • Demonstrate at least two (2) years of successful sales and marketing experience, with a minimum of one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting (preferably within our service area). Experience in outside sales is also desirable.
  • Familiarity with CMS and tools such as Salesforce, Athena, etc.
