The ideal candidate should possess a strong drive and be motivated to assume significant responsibilities while contributing to the long-term succession plan of the firm.
Candidate Profile:

Achieved a JD degree from a top-tier law school, demonstrating an outstanding academic record.

Active and in good standing with the California Bar Admission.

Accumulated over 9 years of remarkable experience in handling diverse aspects of wage & hour litigation, spanning across individual, class, and collective actions.

Solid skills in litigation and case management, showcasing independence in resolving complex legal matters.

Excellent capabilities in legal research, writing, and advocacy.

Proven track record in cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal representation to clients addressing intricate labor and employment litigation matters, primarily focused on wage & hour disputes.

Effectively manage cases from their initiation until resolution, encompassing drafting pleadings, conducting the discovery process, and preparing for trial.

Offer strategic counsel to clients regarding labor and employment compliance and risk mitigation.

Collaborate with clients closely to devise innovative legal strategies and solutions.

Work collectively alongside a team of experienced attorneys to furnish top-notch legal services.
