The ideal candidate should possess a strong drive and be motivated to assume significant responsibilities while contributing to the long-term succession plan of the firm.

Candidate Profile:

• Achieved a JD degree from a top-tier law school, demonstrating an outstanding academic record.

• Active and in good standing with the California Bar Admission.

• Accumulated over 9 years of remarkable experience in handling diverse aspects of wage & hour litigation, spanning across individual, class, and collective actions.

• Solid skills in litigation and case management, showcasing independence in resolving complex legal matters.

• Excellent capabilities in legal research, writing, and advocacy.

• Proven track record in cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to clients addressing intricate labor and employment litigation matters, primarily focused on wage & hour disputes.

• Effectively manage cases from their initiation until resolution, encompassing drafting pleadings, conducting the discovery process, and preparing for trial.

• Offer strategic counsel to clients regarding labor and employment compliance and risk mitigation.

• Collaborate with clients closely to devise innovative legal strategies and solutions.

• Work collectively alongside a team of experienced attorneys to furnish top-notch legal services.
