Patent/IP Litigation Associate/Attorney

We are currently expanding our patent and intellectual property litigation practice and seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an entry-level associate and an associate with 3+ years of experience in patent and intellectual property litigation. The ideal candidates should have a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field. As a member of our legal team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and intriguing cases covering all aspects of litigation.


  • Collaborate closely with a trial team on patent and intellectual property litigation matters
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
  • Compose pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses
  • Prepare for trials by organizing evidence, exhibits, and witnesses
  • Effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, experts, and other professionals involved in the case
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely filing of documents
  • Stay updated with changes in laws related to patents and other intellectual property rights


  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida state bar (or ability to waive into the state bar)
  • Technical background preferably in electrical engineering or computer science
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated individual who can work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in patent or other intellectual property litigation is preferred but not required for the entry-level position.
