Certified PEO Sales Representative - California (Work from Home)

Our client, a certified PEO with 20 years of experience, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with expertise in complex selling (PEO or HCM sales). The primary responsibility of this role is to drive market share and facilitate organizational growth by negotiating and closing new business deals.

This position offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to live anywhere in California. It is ideal for a results-oriented individual who has a proven track record of success, such as consecutive President's Club achievements or awards. Please note: This position is not a director or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize your extensive business network to identify and pursue new business opportunities

* Conduct research to develop a list of potential clients

* Prospect for new clients through various methods, including emails, phone calls, in-person meetings, networking events, and leveraging referral partners (priority given to your own existing book of business)

* Schedule appointments to present company services to decision makers

* Manage the entire sales process, including discovery, needs analysis, proposal presentation, technology demonstration, negotiation, and closing

* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

Experience:

* Bachelor’s Degree

* At least 3 years of consultative B2B sales experience

* Proven ability to generate leads and prospect for business

The position offers a base salary of $100k, residual commissions for the lifetime of accounts, and quarterly company bonuses. Most salespeople earn over $250k in their first year, with top performers making $300k or more.
