We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate should possess a solid background in personal injury law, including handling various cases such as automobile accidents, slip and fall incidents, and other injury claims. As a lawyer, your responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of cases from start to finish, conducting consultations with clients, preparing legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage a caseload of personal injury cases from beginning to end.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft a variety of court documents and motions.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties' legal representatives.
• Advocate for clients during depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
• Maintain strong and clear communication with clients, updating them on their case progress and available legal options.
• Collaborate closely with a team of paralegals and support staff to ensure streamlined case management.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with the Arizona State Bar is required.
• Demonstrate 3-5 years of practical experience in personal injury law.
• Possess exceptional negotiation, litigation, and client communication abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
