Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, CA 
Full-Time | On-Site | Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required

A respected personal injury law firm in Century City is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual legal professional with strong negotiation and case management skills to join a supportive, client-centered team.

Note: This position requires in-office presence five days a week and an active California Bar license. Applicants must be bilingual in Spanish and English and have a minimum of 4 years of personal injury experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution

• Draft, review, and submit demand packages to insurance companies

• Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel

• Provide regular updates and clear communication to clients

• Collaborate with case managers, lien negotiators, and support staff

• Maintain accurate case documentation in the firm’s CRM (Litify)

Qualifications

• Active license with the California State Bar

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in personal injury law with a focus on pre-litigation

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently

• Proficient in California personal injury law and negotiation strategy

• Familiarity with CRMs such as Litify is preferred

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a client-first mindset
