Job Title: Part-Time Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist to join our team in Saint Joseph, Missouri. This position offers a part-time schedule of 3 days a week and provides an excellent opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities as an Associate Medical Director.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional inpatient rehabilitation care to patients recovering from a variety of conditions, such as strokes, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other musculoskeletal or neurological disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, nurses, and case managers, to create personalized treatment plans and ensure their effective implementation.
• Ensure the facility's adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards, overseeing the quality of care provided.
• Lead and mentor staff to cultivate a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Contribute to administrative duties, such as strategic planning, quality improvement initiatives, and monitoring patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Must possess board certification in Rehabilitation Medicine.
• Active medical license in the state of Missouri or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in a leadership or medical director role is preferred but not required.
• Dedication to patient-centered care and evidence-based practices.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time schedule, working 3 days per week.
