Summary: We are a rapidly growing healthcare company in search of one to two highly skilled and dedicated Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM & R) Physicians. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a prestigious hospital located north of Greater Kansas City, renowned for its exceptional track record in clinical outcomes. As part of a consultative service, you will collaborate with a hospitalist group responsible for admissions, ensuring a cohesive and patient-centered approach.
We have flexible options available, with part-time or weekend positions (full-time also considered). You will work on a rotational schedule alongside another provider, and shifts typically range from 6-8 hours. Our organization prioritizes work-life balance, allowing for flexible starting and ending times. As patient volume increases, you will have the support of advanced practice providers (APP) and a scribe for efficient documentation. Additionally, there is the potential for a partnership track and the opportunity to expand your local outpatient practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients within a compassionate and collaborative interdisciplinary clinical team.
