PHYSICAL THERAPIST
$90-120K + Incentives + Relocation Allowance + Sign On Bonus

Flexible Part-Time Schedule Available

This role involves providing physical therapy services that include assessing, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, educating patients and their families, and promoting positive collaboration among professionals and support staff. This position requires supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school is required.
• Applicant must possess a valid California Physical Therapist License.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in rehabilitation.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for offering a complete range of physical therapy services, such as assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in a collaborative environment. They will work within the scope of their qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. The incumbent will also contribute to program development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement in an interdisciplinary manner.

Licenses / Certifications / Education / Training / Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the State of California.
• Current AHA – BLS certification.
• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited Physical Therapy degree program.
• Experience in working with adult and geriatric populations is required.
• Desirable experience with disabled populations in a hospital setting.
• Must be capable of following instructions, working rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and grammatical skills for effective verbal and written communication.
• Essential organizational and multitasking abilities.

Certifications:

• California Physical Therapist License.
• BLS.
