Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and compassionate Rehabilitation Specialist to join a dynamic healthcare team located in Indio, California. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting patients in their recovery from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, enhancing their mobility, managing pain, and restoring functionality. Your expertise in evaluating patients' conditions, creating customized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises will significantly contribute to improving patients' quality of life and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.


  1. Evaluate patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and functional limitations in detail.
  2. Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique needs and objectives, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
  3. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to relieve pain, enhance mobility, regain function, and prevent disabilities.
  4. Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and everyday activities, as well as strategies for pain management and injury prevention.
  5. Regularly assess patients' progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and accurately and promptly document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  6. Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.


  1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Rehabilitation Therapy from an accredited institution.
  2. Valid license to practice as a Rehabilitation Specialist in California.
  3. Exceptional clinical skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  5. Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and effectively monitoring patients' progress.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, displaying flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with empathy and compassion.
  8. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant healthcare technologies.
