We are seeking a PTA Supervisor (Clinic Based) in Tuscaloosa, AL to collaborate closely with patients and assist with their rehabilitation process. Some key responsibilities and duties of the role include:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Collaborate directly with the Physical Therapist to provide patient support

-Review instructions provided by the Physical Therapist

-Assess each individual and create a personalized treatment plan to enhance mobility, manage pain, restore function, and prevent disability

-Engage in consultations with patients to understand their physical condition and symptoms

-Identify movement dysfunctions and establish a treatment strategy

-Educate patients on proper therapeutic exercise techniques

-Administer stimulation or massage for healing purposes

Qualifications:

• Hold an associate degree in physical therapy education
• Possess a valid PTA license/certification
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
• Embrace adaptability and welcome change
• Show intrinsic motivation and self-initiative
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
