Description:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their treatment plans. This involves conducting manual physical exercises, guiding patients through non-manual exercises, helping them with ambulatory functional activities and daily-living tasks, and providing supportive and assistive care. You will assess evaluation and test results, collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate treatment plans, and ensure that patient care services are documented accurately and in compliance with all legal and professional requirements. Some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting follow-up visits for home health orthopedic patients
- Meeting eligibility requirements for home health services
- Providing maintenance therapy
- Driving to various locations as needed
Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Assistant Therapy Assistant Program

Valid in-state licensure

At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a home health setting

Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and compassionate approach
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
