Description:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be responsible for administering manual physical exercises, assisting patients in non-manual exercises and ambulatory functional activities, and providing support in daily-living activities. You will work closely with physicians to assess patients and develop appropriate treatment plans. Additionally, you will maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and professional requirements. Your daily duties will include:
- Conducting follow-up visits for home health orthopedic patients
- Ensuring eligibility requirements for home health services are met
- Providing maintenance therapy to patients
- Driving to and from patient locations
Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program

Valid in-state licensure as a PTA

Minimum one year of experience as a PTA in a home health setting

Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and empathy for patients
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
