We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Peoria, Arizona. As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care directly in patients' homes. This role requires a passion for improving patients' quality of life through personalized physical therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing skilled physical therapy interventions, which may include exercises and stretches, to enhance patients' mobility and function.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Arizona.
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card in good standing.
• Current BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
• Negative TB test result obtained recently and Flu Shot administered within the past year.
• Up-to-date records of comprehensive immunizations/vaccinations, including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License with auto-insurance coverage.
