Job Description: Physical Therapist Assistant
- Assist in providing hands-on treatment sessions while under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
- Educate patients about their condition, treatment plan, and progress
- Motivate patients to take responsibility for attending and following therapy programs
- Accurately document each visit and update treatment plans as needed
- Follow the therapist's plan of care and relay any patient updates
- Supervise therapy technicians to ensure smooth treatment sessions
- Maintain records of case management and productivity reports
- Support marketing efforts as required
Qualifications
- Hold an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting
- Possess Wyoming Physical Therapist Assistant Certification or eligibility to obtain it
- Exhibit strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Passionate about helping patients achieve their recovery goals
