Position Overview:

We are in search of an innovative and skilled individual to join our team as a Rehabilitation Manager. This role entails overseeing our rehabilitation clinic's operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving clinical excellence. With this role comes the opportunity for partnership within our organization.

Essential Job Functions:

- Effective Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to our clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

- Operational Management: Take charge of day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Upholding Clinical Excellence: Maintain high clinical standards, implement best practices, and facilitate staff training and development to ensure optimal patient care.

- Business Development: Initiating and driving business growth initiatives, building relationships with referring physicians, and exploring opportunities to expand clinic services.

- Patient Relations: Address patient concerns, ensure satisfaction, and uphold the clinic's excellent reputation for patient care.


- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.

- Current state licensure and CPR certification.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.

- Strong business acumen and a track record of driving clinic growth.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements:

- Mobility: Be able to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.

- Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).

- Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.

- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.

- Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.

- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
